Buying a Redrow Home
Redrow employees who wish to purchase a property built by the company will enjoy a discount on the sale price of between 2½% and 5%, depending on the sale price.
Redrow+PLUS savings on shopping
Redrow+PLUS gives employees plus their family and friends the opportunity to make real savings on recognised brands across a wide range of shopping. These include everyday purchases as well as annual one-off major items available in the high street and on-line. Travel and leisure offers are also available, as well as health & well-being activities - and much more.
This scheme applies to all Redrow employees who pay for their child to attend a nursery, breakfast club or holiday club, or who use a registered/approved childcare facility. This money-saving programme involves exchanging salary for childcare vouchers.
A range of supplier discounts is available to all Redrow employees.
Monthly salaried employees are entitled to receive 24 days' holiday, which increase every 2.5 years up to a maximum of 28 days after 10 years' service. Weekly employees are entitled to 22 days holiday. We also offer employees the flexibility to 'sell' some of their holidays in exchange for salary.
New starters joining Redrow will have the opportunity to join the Redrow Group Personal Pension Plan, which provides valuable pension and Life Assurance benefits. Membership is on a salary sacrifice basis, (monthly employees only) which offers benefits to employees by way of reduced National Insurance contributions and in addition to employer contributions Redrow also pays 50% of its NIC savings into each pension. Redrow believes that a rewarding pension scheme is a key element within a desirable employee package, and we contribute to employee pensions at industry-leading rates.
Our bonus/commission scheme ensures that all employees share in our success. All Redrow employees receive either commission or a bonus, and details of individual schemes will be provided upon commencement of employment,
Sharesave (Savings Related Share Option Scheme) is a tax-advantageous and easy way to save via direct salary contributions. Redrow employees have the option to buy shares at a price which is discounted from the market price - and there is a further opportunity to buy the shares at the end of the period from the proceeds of a savings plan.
Private Medical Cover
All our monthly salaried employees will be eligible to join the Private Healthcare Scheme. However, some positions have a qualifying service requirement.
Company Car/Car Allowance
Some positions will include eligibility for a company car, and employees will have the option to choose between a vehicle or car allowance (subject to the rules of the scheme).
