Training and Development



At Redrow, we are one of the few national housing developers with the vision and foresight to have invested in our own internal training team and training facility. That’s because we are committed to developing our employees through structured professional development so that they can support the continued growth and success of our business.

When new employees join us, we know how important it is for them to feel that they’re part of the Redrow team - and we want them to feel confident in their new role as soon as possible. So we provide each new Redrow staff member with a structured and supportive induction programme designed to help them integrate quickly and effectively into our business.

Of course, induction is only the first step in a career with Redrow. Individual training requirements are regularly and individually reviewed - and a variety of courses is available so that new and existing employees can further develop their skills and potential. Our training and development initiatives include:

  • NVQ programmes for Assistant Site Managers and Site Managers
  • Health & Safety training for all employees
  • Soft skills courses
  • Function-specific training and development
  • IT and systems development courses
  • Regular performance reviews to monitor progress
