Redrow achieved the top rating of five stars from our customers in this year's sixth HBF national survey of homebuyers, covering the 12 month period from October 2009 to September 2010.
Over 90% of our customers were satisfied with the quality of their new Redrow home and would recommend us to a friend.

In the calendar year ending 2010 in excess of 98.49% of the timber products used on our sites was classified within WWF - GFTN Category 3 - "Licensed Source", up to Category 5 - "Credibly Certified". A 6.7% improvement over 2009.
Redrow's Scope 1 and 2 emissions for 2009-2010 were 7089 tonnes of CO2 (7603 tonnes of CO2 2008-2009).
In 2011 the average CO2 emissions for our company car fleet is 149.4kg/km

In 2010-2011 our land bank comprised of approximately 72% brownfield land and 68% of our legal completions were on brownfield land.

In 2009-2010 86% of our waste was diverted from landfill, a 16.2% improvement over 2008-2009. For the year to date a further 4.6% improvement has been achieved with 90% of our waste being recycled.

Redrow has been awarded a second consecutive RoSPA Gold Medal for Occupational Health and Safety for 2011. This follows our sixth consecutive Gold Award from RoSPA's independent Adjudication Panel. Bronze and Silver Awards were gained in 2004 and 2005 respectively.

In 2010, 14 of our site managers collected prestigious NHBC "Pride in the Job" awards and of these, 4 went on to collect "Seals of Excellence".
We have 24 active sites registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme and in 2009-2010 our average site score was 30.7, where 25-30 points represents "a good site that is considerate" and 31 – 35 points represents " a very good site".
