Inspiring young people to pursue rewarding careers in construction and housebuilding.

Rewarding careers

We are committed to the development of our Apprentices, Trainees, Graduates and Sponsored Degree students across all the business. We've also partnered with the House Building Skills Partnership to promote careers in house building, with a focus on attracting new entrants into the industry, and on providing specialist training to develop the qualified workforce needed to construct today's high quality new homes.

Redrow's apprentice electricians are better connected

Redrow leads the industry in developing the next generation of builders and skilled tradespeople. Not only do our apprentices get first class training, both on site and at local colleges, Redrow also partners with key suppliers to ensure they get a comprehensive understanding of the wider aspects of their chosen field. For example, MA Broughton Electrical Contractors have trained electrical apprentices for over 30 years, and currently mentors Redrow apprentices on site.

Building partnerships

We are committed to a number of strategic partnerships with local colleges including South Essex, Wolverhampton UTC, Coleg Cambria, Medway UTC, Exeter College and South Staffordshire College, which provides a variety of opportunities to help embed classroom based learning, for construction and the built environment students.
