We are always seeking talented individuals to join the Redrow team and we are especially proud of our development programmes for young people. All of our Apprentices, Trainees, Graduates and Sponsored Degree Students go through structured bespoke programmes. Each individual is supported in their role through ongoing training which encourages professional development, whilst also promoting wellbeing through excellent support systems and wellbeing resources.
We've partnered with the House Building Skills Partnership to promote careers in house building, with a focus on attracting new entrants into the industry, and on providing specialist training to develop the qualified workforce needed to construct today's high quality new homes.
