After I graduated, I searched for the perfect graduate programme - one that enabled me to gain knowledge and experience right across a business. When I found Redrow’s Rotational Graduate Programme, I knew it was right for me. “My first 24 months involved spending time in each department; Land & Planning, Design & Engineering, Construction, Sales, Commercial, and Customer Services, and with a real knowledge of how the business works, I decided to go into Sales.

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a customer move into their dream home, knowing you have helped manage their journey. I am also involved in the reporting and co-ordination side of sales, working with the Sales & Marketing team.
